The Caribbean is one of the world's top destinations for relaxation. As such, many travel companies offer affordable trips even for the last-minute traveler. In fact, some of the best deals come at the last minute for the savvy researcher, with companies trying to fill all open slots before departure.

Cheap Caribbean

  • Cheap Caribbean prides itself in offering luxurious accommodations at the lowest available price. As of 2011, it guarantees the lowest online prices on added nights to any given package. No need to worry about a cloudy day ruining a vacation, because Cheap Caribbean offers a $100 discount on the next vacation booked with the company. Weather and hurricane insurance are also provided.
    Trips include the Bahamas, Riviera Maya and Jamaica. Prices start as low as $299 for a four-night trip with air included.

Travelzoo

  • Travelzoo boasts of over 21 million subscribers worldwide. Depending on the season of travel, deals may be found for under $100, though this is rare. As of 2011, most all-inclusive trips range from $299 to $599, when found at the right time.
    Some popular sites include Bermuda, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Puerto Rico. Normally the travel deals are priced per person, but sometimes it's possible to obtain a larger discount when booking accommodations for a couple or a group.

Funjet Vacations

  • Though Funjet began as an airline, due to the rising demand of all-inclusive vacations, it has widened its horizons to offer air, hotels and activities. Many resorts even offer spa credit, dining and entertainment. During less-traveled vacation months of the year (winter months), it's even possible for children to stay free.
    It is easy to find destinations within a 30-minute distance from the destination's airport. As of 2011, an all-inclusive three-night trip to Cancun is $429, and $549 to Jamaica.

Hotwire

  • Hotwire exhibits an all-inclusive variety of homes, hotels, cars, cruises and flights. Hotwire offers last-minute Caribbean trips to Cancun, Jamaica, Punta Cana and Cozumel. The Cancun package varies from a five-star hotel to a beach bungalow. Activities include the Mayan ruins and the nearby 988-acre ecological park.
    For those seeking a low rainfall destination, Punta Cana is a prime candidate.  most trips range from $309 to $1,099 per person, depending on the time of travel.

All Inclusive Cheap Getaways

Most people dream of getting away on vacation without breaking their piggy bank. Vacations are becoming easier to customize with package deals offered every season. All-inclusive options include food, most drinks and some activities with the price of your stay at select resorts. All-inclusive packages make it possible to enjoy your entire vacation without having to leave the resort at all.

Jamaica

  • Sick back and relax on the beautiful island of Jamaica at the Riu Ochos Rios hotel. The hotel offers all-inclusive services 24-hours a day. Included in the all-inclusive package within the resort are meals at seven restaurants, select drinks at six bars and nightly entertainment options. Select sports and activities are also included in the all-inclusive package. Water sports include kayaking, windsurfing and snorkeling and other activities are offered such as volleyball and tennis. Nightly entertainment features live music and dancing. There are daily activities offered for children ages four to 12. As of January 2011, the average price per person is $110 to $154 per day depending on the season.

Cancun, Mexico

  • The Aquamarina Beach Hotel in Cancun, Mexico, offers an inexpensive all-inclusive plan for guests of all ages. All-inclusive plans feature ocean-view rooms with a private balcony. All meals that are served in either two restaurants, the snacks served at the snack bar and domestic beverages served at all three bras are included in the plan. Sporting activities include miniature golf, kayaking, paddle-boats, snorkeling equipment, beach volleyball, beach soccer tournaments, water volleyball and water basketball. There are also classes offered in the fitness center including jazzercise, aerobics and aquarobics. Nightly entertainment is offered with the all-inclusive package including two live shows per week. As of January 2011, rates are $80 per person per night for a quadruple room, and up to $190 per person per night for a single occupancy room. Children six-years-old and under are free and there is a reduced rate offered for children ages seven to 12.

Vermont

  • The Tyler Place Family Resort has offered all-inclusive packages since 1933. The resort lies on 165 acres with a mile-long shore, gardens, open spaces, wooded areas and private spots with hammocks and Adirondack chairs for adults to relax. This resort focuses on family and provides a variety of activities for infants through age 15, adults and families. There is an indoor and outdoor pool with a splash area where kids and adults can play in the sprays, waterfalls and jets. Water activities at the lake include kayaking, fishing, pontoon boating, canoeing, lake trampolines, slides, and paddleboats. Use of the motorized equipment is available for an extra fee. When the weather isn't pleasurable, activities are held inside the field house. Guests can participate in activities such as a climbing wall, rope courses, fitness classes, basketball and volleyball. Six tennis courts, archery, skeet shooting, soccer, basketball and softball are offered outside when the weather is nice. Bikes are available for use during your stay and there are tours available for all levels of biking. The spa offers massages poolside and spa treatments for an additional charge. Arts and crafts including yoga, pottery and painting are offered. Meals are prepared using as many Vermont grown ingredients as possible and served family style. Picnic baskets are available and parent's night out dinners can be arranged any night during your stay. Rates as of January 2011 run $114 to $236 per person per adult and $61 to $109 per day per child.

Bahamas

  • Taking a trip to the Bahamas is relaxing and when you stay at Breezes Resort and Spa, you never have to leave the resort. Located off the coast of Florida, Nassau Bahama's Breezes resort offers an all-inclusive package for guests 14-years-old and older. The all-inclusive package, also known as a super-inclusive package includes your room, all meals, drinks, land and sea activities as well as nightly entertainment. There are 144 ocean-view rooms and other guest rooms have a view of either the pool or garden. The main dining room serves casual breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style. The pool grill offers snack food throughout the day and the resort offers two restaurants, Martino's and Garden of Eden, where guests can dress up and dine together. Water sports offered include windsurfing, water skiing, kayaking and pool volleyball. Tennis courts, basketball, beach volleyball, golf and trails for jogging are available on dry land. The resort has three pools and a jacuzzi. There is a fitness center on site as well as a game room and casino. Special activities are offered throughout the day, so be sure to check the schedule when you arrive. As of January 2011, rates are $115 per day per person, and they run specials so be sure to check those out on the resort website.

All-Inclusive Alaskan Cruises


Alaska is a wonderland filled with wildlife and natural beauty which has made the state very popular for tourism. Since Alaska has various barrier islands and various port cities cruise companies have made Alaskan cruises part of their regular offerings to customers. These cruises make for a unique cruising experience. Most travelers equate cruises to warm tropical destinations not a winter wonderland where over 15 glaciers roll over the land.

Carnival Alaskan Cruises

  • The ship Carnival Spirit makes several trips up and down Alaska's coastline during the year. Carnival's Alaskan cruises leave from Seattle, Washington on various different routes.   • The ships that sale the Alaskan and Yukon areas of the Pacific Ocean are all five-star luxury liners. The Holland America Cruise Lines runs 10 different itineraries with options to go to Alaska or Alaska and the Yukon Territory. The ships leave from Seattle, Washington and travel to every major Alaskan and Canadian port of call in the area. There are cruises that include seven travel days all the way up to 14 day cruises. All options are all inclusive. Glacier Bay and several of Alaska's natural wonders are prominent parts of the cruises along with whale watching excisions in the Pacific Ocean.

  • Celebrity Cruises has several options and itineraries available to make an Alaskan cruise feel unique. All Inclusive Florida Getaways


All-inclusive Florida getaways may be hard to find. However, some resorts such as the Club Med Sandpiper Bay, the Little Palm Island Resort and the Amelia Island Plantation, offer all-inclusive packages for family or adults. Others, such as the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club, offer packages that are similar to many of the all-inclusive getaways.

Club Med Sandpiper Bay

  • The Club Med Sandpiper Bay is an all-inclusive resort set on the Treasure Coast north of Palm Beach. It is a newly renovated full-amenity family resort nestled by the Saint Lucie River with access to the beachfront, sailing and sports. The Sandpiper Bay offers dedicated activities for babies, children and teenagers from morning to evening with qualified professionals.
    Guests may enjoy varied activities to suit their interests and fitness levels such as aqua fitness, sailing lessons, cardio-splash, cardio-tennis, power walking, table-tennis, running or bocce ball.

  • The Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club suggests that it is the only Florida all-inclusive resort with championship golf. It is a family resort located in Naples Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Apart from the on-site championship golf, guests may enjoy playing tennis, swimming on-site or at the beach, working out at the fitness center or relaxing at the spa.
    Dining options include dining on the beach, enjoying regional seafood, great steaks and more with wine pairings. It's best to call ahead for dining packages.
