- Sober in the Berkshires is an annual weekend event in January at the Eastover Retreat in Massachusetts. The vacation is geared toward singles and couples, and the price covers meals, lodging and entertainment. Activities include skiing at Bousquet, swimming, a scavenger hunt and karaoke. There are dances each night with DJs or live bands providing the music. For an additional fee, visitors can get massages, go horseback riding or rent skiing equipment.
