Willo 'Wind
- Located on a 50 acres in Uxbridge, Ontario, Willo 'Wind is a quaint bed and breakfast that welcomes its guests to join in operating their fully-operational farm. Guests take part in daily activities such as milking goats and feeding the sheep, and spend evenings bicycling through nearby country trails or relaxing in authentic country-style rooms. - Catering to food lovers, the Waring House features a cooking school that teaches would-be chefs the secrets to culinary excellence. Menu items include cedar-smoked salmon and Alberta rib-eye, duck breast and beef Carpaccio; cooking classes as of February 2011 are $75 per person. In addition to cooking classes, the on-site Claramount Inn and Spa offers relaxing massage and spa facilities and the is adjacent to the banks of Picton Bay. Rates average $225 per night, which includes breakfast, a light lunch of vegetable pate and salad, steam bath, body scrub, facial and hot stone massage.
Niagra World Wine Tours
- Tucked away in the heart of Ontario's wine country, Niagra World Wine Tours offers a variety of vacation packages that include wine tasting and lake front accommodations. Guests partake in tours of three fully operational wineries as they sample a variety of wines and organic cheeses. Guests can also venture out on their own, courtesy of bicycles provided as part of their package.
